Cards and Stuff

Well I am SOOO bummed to hear that Urban Anthology is NOT doing kits anymore!  :(  Oh well, I had fun doing the "Got Talent" Competition, and I hope I win!  :)
Here is my LO #4 that I did.  We had to use a specific color combo.  The one I chose was grey, dark yellow, plum, and cream.

For challenge #5 we have to create a kit and then do two projects with it.  I love creating kits with my stuff, so I can't wait!

I am also doing some stuff for Color Me Daisy for their design team call.  I am working on a LO about fall that I have to post, soon.  They also have a crop going on with daily challenges which is so fun.  There are prizes daily, too!  I made this cute little pumpkin from a tutorial there:

Also, all month long at My Sketch World there is a card crop for World Card Making Day.  I have done a few of the sketches and a few of the tutorials.  Here are some of those.

I am going to start getting back into 52 weeks....52 sketches.  I really love Julie's sketches and they have great weekly prizes.  Here is this weeks (#41):

Tuesday was mine and Keith's 2nd Anniversary.  I made him a little album that highlighted some of the big events that we have experienced together since we met.

Finally, I made this little Halloween Album about the costumes my dad used to make for me when I was a kid.  He was (is  :)  ) just amazing at what he does.  He is so creative, and I definetly get my creativity from him.  I want to continue that tradition and make Charlottes costumes every year, too.  I am almost done with her costume for this year!

Finally, these are two LO's that I did about 3 months ago that I never posted b/c I didn't quite finish them.  but now I did the journaling and finishing touches and they are done!

Blog issues!!!

UGH! I have been having Blog issues! I realized I just had too much stuff on here and I had to play with some settings!

ANYWHO.....

I have been feverishly working on the "Got Talent" competition at Urban Anthology. Challenge # 3 was to create a sketch, make a LO with it, and use one of four words in the title (strength, nurture, direction, time). I chose "Time" and did this LO of Charlotte on her play mat:

I have also been playing (still!) with my Sept. kit from Cocoa Daisy. Over the summer, I got these sweaters back from my cousin Melissa who wore them when she was little. My Grandma had made them for me when I was a little girl and I wore them all the time. I really need to find a photo of me in one of them from way back when...

I also did this Halloween LO with some papers by MME that I got from the lovely owners at Scrapbook Express. Those ladies are so generous there!!!! I made a mini album, too, but I will have to post those later.

And here are a few other random LO's, too! This one was for Scrapbook Express, also, but it uses sketch #39 at 52 weeks...52sketches.

For the Sept sketch at YMBD (which is closing.  :(  )

and some more...

OK I think that is all for now!!!!!  Off to bed!
